The news team went undercover as regular shoppers at several well known retailers to purchase panties. The main purpose of this investigation was to test out which stores would take back the panties as returned items, which might not seem so bad. With returning, they also lightly stained the panties with baby oil and removed the tags and hygienic sticker from the panties as if someone may have worn them before. To the rest of our surprise, several of those major retailers took back those items with no questions asked! Worst of all, they retagged them and hung them right back on the racks without any hesitation. The retailers involved were Victoria’s Secret, Macy’s, The Gap, Bloomingdale’s, and Nordstrom.
